- Your registration as a member of Ashayein.com or the use of any of the features and services on Ashayein Home Tuitions, either as a registered or as a visitor constitutes automatic acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Ashayein Home Tuitions reserves the right to update the terms, conditions and notices of this agreement without notice to you. It is your responsibility to periodically review the most current version of this agreement.
- By accessing or using the sites, content, or services; you agree to be bound by these terms of services.
- If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions of Ashayein.com, do not register and you will not be authorised to use Ashayein.com services.
- You may not make any content item originating from Ashayein.com available for public access by any means whatsoever without obtaining prior written permission from Ashayein Home Tuitions.
- The content on the website is posted by Ashayein.com , visitors and it’s members. Ashayein.com will attempt to ensure the integrity and the accuracy of the site in the content and or services, but it does not guarantee that the information is accurate or complete or current. Ashayein.com can not be held liable for inaccuracy of any data. It is Ashayein.com’s policy to correct any inaccuracy reported within 7 days.
- Information about the schools posted on the site is obtained from their official websites, other sources on the internet and in some cases by calling the schools.
- By uploading the logo of your institute, you give Ashayein.com the right to use the logo on Ashayein.com website as well as on any Ashayein.com marketing material.
- If you are a visitor on our website and if you update any personal contact information such as phone number or e-mail address, Ashayein.com reserves the right to contact you over phone calls, SMS, or e-mails. If the intention was for tutoring/ learning, or seeking information about our products & services; ashayein team will guide you accordingly via a phone call, SMS, or e-mail.
- Ashayein does not allow registration for home tuition agencies and organisations who are engaged in providing products or services similar to that of Ashayein.com or who is engaged in collection of data from ashayein website and sharing or utilising it for the benefit of competitors. If there are any such registrations, Ashayein Home Tuitions reserves the right to terminate those accounts without any prior notice and without processing the refund of subscription associated to those accounts. Ashayein.com also reserves the right to initiate any legal proceedings if any ‘home tuition agencies or organisations’ contravenes condition as stated above.
- Kindly clarify your doubts before you make a payment to upgrade to any of our premium membership plans or buy subscription pack. Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded.
- It is essential for user to register on our website for making an online purchase of the tutorial service. Without registration, our services will remain inaccessible.
- If you already have an account with us, you can directly login with your username and password.
- User should not share their username and password with anyone else. If any user is found guilty, all the services shall be terminated by the company without any prior notice.
- It is essential for the user to purchase our services after the demo for the continued use of services.
- All the payments shall be made online by using a credit card, debit card, wallet or internet banking through this web application only. No other mode of payment shall be accepted.
- Any payment shall be paid in advance before the commencement of the services, to the Ashayein Home Tuitions only.
- The user acknowledge that Ashayein.com may monitor postings to the website and communications through the website and have the right to delete and/or block such postings or communications.
- The user acknowledge that Ashayein.com may use data for statistical analysis and may provide this to interested third parties.
PARENTS/STUDENTS
- We respect your time, that’s why we counsel and understand your need to perfectly
give a best match in one trail only.
- We believe in creating personalised and dedicated session for you, with your
confirmation only, so after confirming the thing like fees, no. of day, no. of hours, etc.
will not be able to modify the same.
- Modification after the demo is not possible for that particular tutor/trainer.
- Any modification requires a new booking to be made, and that does not promises to
keep the same tutor/trainer, fees, no. of days., etc.
- Once the tutor/trainer are selected by you one, can be confirmed only with an advance
fees within 24hours.
- In no case, the fees will be refunded once you confirm the services after taking the
demo.
- If you dislike the services offered by the current tutor/trainer for any reason, kindly
inform Ashayein.com at the earliest. We can find a replacement for you as soon as
possible within the left amount after deducting the fees for the no. of session already
held.
- We are not responsible for any kind of payments made to the tutors/trainers directly by
the students/parents. In case we find such transactions, we reserve the right to
terminate the ID of student/parent or tutor at that instant and ban them from accessing
our services in future.
- We provide services of the verified tutors/instructors but students/parents shall confirm
the identity of the tutors from their end also. It is their responsibility to verify the
identity, credentials, and qualifications of the tutors from whom they are accessing the
tutorial services.
- Ashayein.com is not responsible for any unforeseen, intentional or unintentional
accidental damage caused by the tutor(s) to any living or non-living entity in the house
of the parent / student.
- If a registered parent / student wants to discontinue the services of a tutor
after selecting him / her for the assignment, they need to pay the tutor for his / her
services utilised and give him / her at least 15 day prior notice and pay the due for that
period.
- Ashayein.com shall not be responsible for securing the tutor/instructor.
- You certify that all provided information Via Website or Otherwise including gender of
student, no of student, address, ID proof etc are correct to best of your knowledge.
- Any absenteeism of the tutor must be reported within 24hours to Ashayein.com,otherwise it will be considered as presence of the concerned tutor.
TEACHER/TUTOR/TRAINER
- They have to coordinate with the company for the verification process. No tutor shall be
hired in the case of failure of verification.
- Tutor/instructor shall confirm that he/she should be more than 18 years of age to get
registered with us for delivering tutorial services. Tutor shall also possess all the
necessary education qualifications or experience in the relevant area of teaching as
mentioned on our site.
- Prices quoted for the services on our site shall be accepted in full by the tutor.
- We do not ask the tuition teacher to share or publish any of their personal details like
personal email, contact number or address in the boxes like Experience, Tutoring
approach, other topics on our site.
- Ashayien.com is not liable for any kind of reimbursements of fees directly paid to the
tutors. We have the full right to terminate the services of the tutors in the event of a
breach of contract terms related to fee payment.
- Tutors/instructors should ensure that they shall register with us with accurate and
correct details about them. Details like address and telephone number shall be updated.
Educational qualification details and other details shall also be correct. Tutor shall
realise that by entering the details on our website, they are making their details publicly
visible. Sometimes, these details may appear on the search engine searches.
- All the conversation regarding fees, no. of session, no. days, etc, is already done by
Ashayein.com, so tutor shall not ask for the fees or any extra money from the
students/parents/institute.
- Home based tutors/trainer can use their own set up for training or teaching.
- Tutors/Trainer/Teacher have to maintain the privacy of the data of their students.
- Tutors/Trainer/Teacher registered with us, have to undertake the training to understand
our company’s policies, rules, and regulations. This training is mandatory prior to your
first tutoring assignment.
- As Tutors/Trainer/Teacher, you understand to follow with all applicable laws, exercise of
professional competence, care, skill, diligence and prudence as is usually exercised by
professionals.
- You Know and agree that confidential information of student/parents/institute so
received will only be used by you for the use of providing tutorial services.
- You agree that the final decision to select a particular student/class/institute is with the
Parents/institute alone.
- You understand that if you agreed to take an assignment, you have to complete it. In
unavoidable circumstances you have to give minimum 15 days prior notice both to the
Ashayein.com and Parents/student/institute.
- We provide services of the verified Parents/students/institute but you shall confirm
their identity on your end also. It is your responsibility to verify to whom you are
accessing the tutorial services.Ashayein.com is not be responsible for any
inconvenience, miss happening direct indirect consequential or any other form of loss or
damage suffered by you.
- A tutor/instructor/teacher acknowledges that he is not an employee of Ashayein.com
and accepts full responsibility for all Income Tax and other liabilities payable in relation
to any fees generated from a tutoring/teaching contract.
- Female tutors/trainer/teacher should take enough care and make an intuitive decision
before taking up an assignment to avoid any kind of future embarrassing
scenarios.Ashayein.com cannot be held responsible for any such unforeseen and
unfortunate event if any
- Female tutor agrees to inform to at least one of your family member or closed one
where are you going to teach or take someone with you at the demo class (first day of
tuition/teaching).
- A registered tutor/trainer/teacher performance as a quality tutor/trainer/teacher will
be the sole criteria for their future association with us. Feedback/rating received by the
parent/students/institute for the particular tutors/trainer/teacher will decide their
“Quality”and “Professionalism”
- In no case, the amount will be refunded, if you are subscribed for any paid services.

Ashayein.com privacy policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions, and by agreeing to these terms and conditions, you also give your consent to the way we may handle your personal data as detailed in that policy. Given the global nature of the World Wide Web, any posting on Ashayein.com service (including any which contains personal information) is, of course, accessible to internet users around the world.
Ashayein.com takes all the necessary measures to protect the details of students/parents/INSTITUTE and the tutors/trainer/institute but we are not liable for any kind of unauthorised access to information shared by the students/parents/institute and tutors/trainer/institute.
We reserve the right to edit, delete or block the postings which are done on our site. Members registered with us shall not impersonate their identity with any other or use their incorrect name.
We hold the right to withdraw and modify the services of Ashayein.com, either partially or completely. Wherever we have legal reasons or we feel the need to do so. You will agree that sometimes, there are technical problems which can prevent you from accessing our services. In such case, we put our best efforts for getting the problems resolved which are within our control.
All the mentioned Terms are subjected to Indian Law and the jurisdiction of Indian Court.
